Framework and Objectives

Framework and Objectives

The role of technical director is increasingly challenging and valued by the boards and administrations of social organizations (for-profit or not-for-profit), requiring their technicians to be adept at interpreting legal procedures as well as operationalizing the demands made by stakeholders and funding bodies.

This practical specialization brings together the main responsibilities and functions that the position of technical manager requires on a daily basis, equipping students with the skills and strategies to carry out their role efficiently and effectively, with an emphasis on knowledge of up-to-date legislation.

Main skills to be developed:

  1. To be proficient in the knowledge and interpretation of the main legislation applicable to the management of a social response;
  2. Train students in the administrative and functional organization of their daily lives;
  3. To train potential technical directors for monitoring and inspection visits by the various guardianship bodies;
  4. To provide students with instruments and tools for implementing legal and regulatory requirements in the different social responses.
