Acquisition of Modular Training services for the Thematic Program Demography, Qualifications and Inclusion (People 2030)

Taking into account the approval of application no. PESSOAS-FSE+-01131300 of the Thematic Program Demography, Qualifications and Inclusion – People 2030 whose main purpose is training services, in the areas of education and training (346 – Secretarial and administrative work, 729 – Health – programs not classified in another training area and 762 – Social Work and Guidance), in a total of 8,300 hours and 4256 trainees, ANGES – NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL GERONTOLOGY invites all interested parties to submit a proposal, within seven days.

Viseu Dão Lafões Social Innovation Incubator

Recruitment 3 jobs

Project manager;

Communication and community manager;

Impact manager.

Those with a higher education degree appropriate to their duties, professional experience, autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment are recruited. That they hold a Certificate of Pedagogical Skills, their own vehicle, availability to travel within the territory of CIM Dão Lafões.

Beginning of duties, January 1, 2025, workplace CIM Dão Lafões, Tondela.

35 hours of work week, salary €1,213.00, plus €6 food allowance for each day of work.

Project manager

Responsible for: operationalizing the entire project, in direct contact with beneficiaries, recognizing needs and assuming strategies to fill gaps; implement the Incubation and Acceleration component; support beneficiaries in managing their projects, through the exploration and support of the application of management practices and tools; support the development of all activities, at all stages, with other team members and representatives of the quadruple helix (University, Companies, Government and Community) involved.

Communication and community manager

Responsible for: operationalizing the “Network Activation” activity, which occurs continuously throughout the project, and the Training component; operationalize the involvement and creation of a network with representatives of the quadruple helix (University, Companies, Government and Community) who will be continuously involved in the project; operationalize the creation of bridges and contacts between entrepreneurs (beneficiaries) and the elements of the quadruple helix; operationalize communication, dissemination and dissemination, adjusting the strategy to each phase and purpose and always involving beneficiaries in sharing results and experiences; support beneficiaries in the communication and visibility processes of their projects and ideals.

Responsible for: operationalizing the impact assessment methodology, including the monitoring and monitoring processes of the IIES (INNOVATION AND SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP INITIATIVE) and all projects developed within its scope, in line with the entity subcontracted for this purpose; define and operationalize the impact assessment strategy, in line with the entity subcontracted for this purpose; operationalize all tasks associated with evaluating the impact of projects and ideas developed at IIES, in direct support to beneficiaries.

NOTICE 1/2024

A ANGES – NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL GERONTOLOGY, is preparing an application for NOTICE PEOPLE-2024-21, Operation Type 4034 – Adult Education and Training Courses (EFA).

To this end, and as it is not a certified training entity, it informs all interested parties that, for a period of five days, it accepts proposals to provide professional training services for the development of nine EFA courses, including making requests for approval in SIGO, assistance in preparing the application and subsequent execution, if approved.
