
Created in 2022, it is today one of the most prestigious awards given in Portugal. According to the regulations, it is awarded at the proposal of the ANGES Advisory Board to organizations that promote social welfare, social development and have in their practices interventions aimed at reducing vulnerability, poverty and the state of need of individuals or communities. It may also be awarded by decision of the ANGES Board of Directors to organizations that altruistically and disinterestedly collaborate in pursuing the aims of the National Association of Social Gerontology.
