Recipients: Kindergarten teachers, Free Time Activity Center and AAAF technicians, Pedagogical Coordinators, Technical and/or Pedagogical Directors.
Main skills to be developed:
a) Be skilled in interpreting Social Security and Ministry of Education guidelines;
b) Be able to design projects according to institutional alignment, surrounding needs and the target audience;
c) Provide skills for planning that can be monitored using effective evaluation tools;
d) To enable them to articulate the Projects with the Planning and the respective individual intervention.
