Degree in business management from Universidade Católica. Post-graduate degree in quality management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (AESBUC – Porto) and post-graduate degree in taxation from IPCA – Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave. Managing Partner of OUTSIDE- Outsourcing de Serviços, Lda., where he has worked since 2010.
