Objectives
Given the high incidence of the development of oncological wounds and their complications, there is a need to deepen knowledge in this specific area so that the care provided is of high quality and meets the needs of patients with malignant wounds.
The aim of this workshop is to
- Understanding pathophysiological processes;
- Identify the main complications and ways of dealing with them;
- Address the different treatment options;
- Reflecting on the approach to people with malignant wounds

ANDREIA ANDRADE
Graduated in Nursing, Master in Elderly Health Nursing and Geriatrics, Master in Palliative Care. A trainer in the areas of Palliative Care and Geriatrics/Gerontology, she works as a nurse at the Portuguese Oncology Institute of Coimbra Francisco Gentil.

The trainee will receive a diploma issued by ANGES and a certificate with the number of hours of training, inserted into the SIGO platform, through Associação Teatro e Construção, an entity certified by DGERT.
