GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Equipping trainees with the ability to lead themselves effectively, motivating themselves, setting goals, making decisions and simplifying processes, by maximizing their soft skills/talents and self-leadership.
Specific objectives
Recognize Self-Discipline – the ability to do what needs to be done, even in the most challenging professional and personal moments;
Developing Motivation – the ability to stick to one’s purpose (motive that leads to action), based on personal goals and values, rather than relying solely on external stimuli;
Promoting self-knowledge – becoming aware of what makes us unique and special;
Encouraging decision-making – developing the ability to make choices independently, considering the consequences and assessing the impact on collective results;
Working on Resilience – adjusting strategies and moving on when mistakes, defeat or failure occur;
Stimulating innovation and autonomy – not relying exclusively on guidance from superiors. Investing in Commitment – the ability to do what I set out to do. Purpose: building teams made up of self-leaders
Definition of mental training, what its advantages are and what its main objective is;
How mental training can make the team more autonomous and committed;
Identify the different types of Mentality in order to manage or avoid conflicts and improve communication;
Definition of Ego, what its functions are and how we can take advantage of it;
Recognize the impact of leadership by example on the team’s process and results;
Definition of self-leadership and the process of building a self-leader;
Presentation of the SIIIGAAAA Mentality – a new way of thinking, structured in practical phases to apply in everyday life;
The advantages of following standards and simplifying processes as a way of increasing individual and collective productivity;
Building each participant’s “IDEAL SELF” through the SIIIGAAAA mentality.

The trainee will receive a diploma issued by ANGES and a certificate with the number of hours of training, entered into the SIGO platform, through Associação Teatro e Construção, an entity certified by DGERT.
Bruno Seco is a self-performance mental coach with experience in building and leading people and teams. National Street Soccer Coach since 2011, he led Portugal to the title of European Champion in 2016 and won the distinction of Best Coach in the World in 2017 (Best Coach at the Street Soccer World Championship in Oslo).
At the same time, he is the technical coordinator at the Taboeira Sports Association Football School and an Ambassador for Ethics in Sport.
He was head coach of Beira-Mar’s senior soccer team in the 2019-2020 season.
With a degree in Physical Education and Sport, he worked for 16 years in the social area, 14 of which were in the prison in Aveiro.
With international certification in Coaching and NLP, his motto, both on and off the pitch, is SIIIGAAAA, the interjection that gives his mentality its name, which he created to lead his mental athletes and trainees to be the Captains of their Lives and to motivate themselves to evolve towards true Servant Self-Leadership.
