4. The new design of the regime of the most accompanied;
5. Rights of the beneficiary and their intervention in the process;
6. The role of the legal escort and their responsibility:
7. The intervention of the family in the process: rights and duties:
8. the role of institutions in protecting users.
Skills to be developed:
– Be able to recognize current legislation;
– Knowing the rights and duties of users and responsible family members/guardians/significant others;
– Provide skills for the internal procedures to be adopted in social organizations.
