Objectives:
1 – Legal framework for Individual Cases: legislation, internal regulations and draft contracts;
2 – Application, attendance, assessment and admissibility;
3 – Ranking, approval of candidates and admission;
4 – Reception program and respective report;
5 – Individual Plan – implementation, monitoring and evaluation;
6 – Care Plan – organization of documents on paper and using digital platforms
7 – Activities of Daily Living, Health Care and Occupational and Personal Development Activities.
8 – Adaptation to the requirements expressed in Ordinance no. 349/2023, of November 13, 2023 in the case of ERPI.

Maria Jesus Névoa
She has a degree in Social Work, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, a Master’s degree in Quality Management Systems in Social Organizations and a Master’s degree in Supervision in Social Intervention. She also has a postgraduate degree in fiction writing. She works as a Technical Director in an institution with ERPI, CD, SAD and Creche social services. At the same time, she is a Guest Lecturer on the Higher Professional Technical Course (CTeSP) in Gerontology at CESPU. She is the author of scientific articles, co-author of several works and recently published the book “Posso Falar-te de Velhos”.
